If you’re like me, and loves Chai Tea, then this ice cream is definitely for you! I really like this frozen treat, the Kulfi Karma Ice Cream!

This ice cream is packed with East Indian flavours, and it’s made of real ice cream, pistachio nuts, cardamom, sweetened condensed milk and rose water flavour. I was shocked that this ice cream would come in a tub, as I was expecting it to be in a little tray or some sort made into a frozen patty with the pistachios on top. Now that the pistachios are incorporated in the ice cream, it has lost it’s crunch.

The texture of the ice cream if really creamy, with a nice subtle taste of condensed milk. The cardamon is the dominate flavour, but you can actually taste a good chai spices that are very warming. I think the rose water is a little lost as the stronger cardamon flavours may have over powered it. All in all, it’s a great creamy ice cream!

This ice cream, like all other ethic foods are acquired tastes, so if you’re not a huge fan of spices, you may not like this product. I love this product and I hope to try to make her version of this ice cream before it went for mass-production! The Creamy Kulfi Recipe looks pretty easy and straight forward, so I’m sure I’ll be able to pull this one off!

Right now, I’m stuck between liking this ice cream frozen treat the most or Glo’s Luscious Lemon Pudding Cake. I like them both a lot and this has become a close battle between the 2! I’m not too sure which one I’ll vote for when the voting begins.
