We got up really early during one of our last trips to Edmonton and was really hungry. I didn’t want to go to a coffee shop, so we walked up and down Jasper Avenue for a while, and right when Madison’s Grill opened, we were pretty much right outside. We went in and they sat us, their first table of the day.
After looking around, we realized that the Madison’s Grill is in Union Bank Inn, was in a boutique hotel, and it was stunning!
I ordered their Breakfast Sandwich which came in a brioche bun, which is one of my favourites! The breakfast sandwich was filled with some greens, bacon, eggs, and cheese with a side of potatoes! It’s a very fantastic and filling sandwich!
We also ordered Smoke Salmon Benedict which is another of my absolute favourites! Their full order is served with 2 eggs Benedicts and I love it when the eggs are runny, and they did it right! The breakfast was so cute and quite delicious!
Overall, the serving sizes here was very generous, the ambiance was amazing, and the food & prices was quite amazing! It was really a cool experience!
